To participate in a rally and to be a name in that field, it takes tremendous amount of sacrifice. But there is something further than sacrifice and that is to be a team; to form one body with its pilot, team manager, coordinator and mechanicians. That is the fundamental aspect to succeed. And that fundamental aspect is the strongest point of OMS. To be successful in a rally, a pilot and his co-pilot have to concentrate hard on it. And this concentration period can only be achieved as a team. To prevent a problem, mechanicians take care of every single part of the car to save the pilot's extra attention. Team managers give tactics to pilots to enable them to achieve success in the rally. But after that, pilot's and co-pilot's job begins.
