Thus, Hamdi Ünal became the leader of group F3. Ünal's other rival, Nejat Avci had to quit the race due to a gearbox damage. In the same loop, right hand
mirror of Corsa broken and rear-right mudguard damaged.

After the first loop, Hamdi Ünal-Ça_lar Süren went into the service and had a preview with OMS Team Manager, Iskender Aruoba. Mr. Aruoba advised them to slow down since their both rivals had had to quit. The team carried out the instruction forall other drivers were well behind them.


YIt was an easy rally for Hamdi Ünal after the second loop. In spite of his slow tempo, his scores were better than his closest rival, Taner _engezener. In the second loop, it went up to 7 seconds. As soon as the last loop of the 22nd Pirelli Rally began, a big excitement started in the OMS service field. OMS team was expecting the first F3 championship. Hamdi Ünal-Çagar Süren fulfilled the expectations and reached the service 22 seconds before their closest rival. Hamdi Ünal was the first in group F3, sixth in general class. and gave OMS very high points for marks champ.

Winner of the general class. was Serkan Yazici with 56 minutes 13 seconds. His biggest rival Ercan Kazaz was second and Murat Akdilek was third. At 19:00 hours in the evening of 28 July, technical controls were made after the finishing ceremonies. Full OMS Team joined the award ceremonies in Crown Plaza Hotel.
