29th Hitit Rally ended... | 5-08-2002
Next leg of Yesil Bursa Rally, 29th Hitit Rally of the Turkey Rally Championship was held successfully by ANOK, Ankara Automobile Sports Club. The race started in front of Ankara Bilkent Hotel and ended at the same place.
Total of 4 special legs were run three times. Ercan Kazaz, Hakan Dinç and Volkan Isik were the first three. Ali Köymen in Opel Corsa Kit Car made a good begining but had to quit the race due to a misfortune.
Total length of the rally was 353.55 km and OMS pilots were unable to see the finish. Ali Köymen-Tolga Özakinci said that they were rather sad for not completing the race but they would compete assertively in the next race
By checking the points before the Anatolian Rally, it wouldnt be wrong to say that well see an exciting competition during the Anatolian Rally.
